Gourmet Kitchen

Adjacent to the Dining Area is the 800 square foot gourmet/commercial kitchen, with a wall of windows facing the sea. The Gourmet Kitchen is home to a 12-burner commercial  range and double oven, three oversized farm sinks, three dishwashers,  36” wide Subzero refrigerator and 36” Subzero freezer, a built-in Wolf gourmet coffee and espresso maker, and a 150 square foot walk-in restaurant style cold room. It also offers counter seating for 5.

The kitchen is equipped with ample place settings and cutlery for parties of up to 20, in both crisp white and colorful service settings that evoke the flora and fauna of the Caribbean.

The Gourmet Kitchen is the perfect setting for guests to create cooking adventures and memories with family and friends, or for the skilled hand of a professional chef and kitchen staff.
